It’s been a good week full of healthy meals. These new marinade packets have really made a difference in how much I enjoy eating chicken! Just add lemon juice and let sit overnight (2 nights for extra flavor) and get ready to eat some delicious chicken. I got Lemon Pepper, Garlic & Herbs, and Citrus, they were only 98 cents each, too!

Taking a break from my Teaching 2301 power point to make a little post.

I just want to say how EXCITED I am for Friday. AKA Ranger’s opening day where I will be tailgating with some of my best friends!! I am so ready for Summer It is not even funny. SO over school, over assignments, grades, exams, projects, and professors not doing their jobs. April will have so much buisness but so much pleasure as well! Starting this weekend with tons of food and friends, then homework Saturday, Easter Sunday, zumba/ yoga all next week along with 3 presentations, 2 exams, and 2 major grade projects. Then Saturday the 14th a friend of mine will be in town and I get to go look at Wedding dresses with her followed by a bachelorette/ lingerie party at The Oasis that night! I’m really hoping I can get everything I need done.

Later gators!

This just looks so good. Thanks, Pinterest!

Frozen Strawberry Mojito
1 can frozen limeade,1/2 can (the one that held the limeade) rum, 2 cups frozen strawberries, muddled mixture of a few leaves of fresh mint and the pulp of two limes
"This combination yielded two very large servings, which could easily have worked for four normal sized portions. I lost the ability to play backgammon after four sips, so watch yourselves."

This weekend Lacey and I made some time for a movie. Morning Glory is definitely a Netflix-Must-Watch. After reading reviews, I found it odd that people found Rachel’s character offending… shes just a character people, an individual, not at all saying all working women are crazy, too-into-work, scatter brained, awkward and don’t have time for a love life. taking it waaay too personal. jeez.

I, however, thought it was pretty hilarious and inspiring, just the perfect Sunday morning flick to enjoy while eating a Mexican burger and some Horchata.
